My first choice would be the Prequel era. I'm a whore for any prequel (especially Clone Wars) content, especially because there is so much more I want to see of that version of the Jedi Order. Gimme an animated Windu series from the same team from Clone Wars. Or a 2D animated workplace comedy in the Jedi Temple. Second, I think I'd choose a Solo spin-off series taking place after the film. Probably centered on Qira and Maul, feat Han, Chewie, and Lando as guest stars that weave in and out. Crime syndicates and bounty hunting make some of the funnest SW content (it's a complicated profession). Could even crossover with the Cassian Andor series, or crosses over with some Guardian of the Whill stuff on Jedha. There's just so many corners of the current canon I'd love to explore... except the Sequel era, Episode 9 really put me off lol... ... Unless Dave Filoni was involved in it, then I would give it a chance
