I realize this is a morbid question but am truly curious how most people see this issue. This question comes out of an abortion debate where a person says it would be unfair for the child to be born into a potentially bad situation. This situation could be that you have a single mother with those related issues, you could be adopted with even positive issues, or something in between where you start out with some more limited prospects than you might otherwise have in another family. My question is simply if you were the child would you still want to be born under these circumstances or rather not have a life at all?
