This qualifier consists of teams from Mexico, Nicaragua, Germany and Czech Republic. Mexico's talent and international performance makes them the clear favourite of advancing. They displayed tremendous outing in the Premier 12, placing 3rd without any winter league ball players. With rumours of their roster consisting of major league talent they seem unbeatable. However, anything can happen in an international tournament. Germany, with an addition of Lutz and Kepler could challenge Mexico. Nicaragua is the dark horse and despite their poor performance in the previous qualifier they are still loaded with talent. Czech Republic will try to pull off a miracle and surprise everyone.
