Please keep in mind that "On" means all info is available to all players at all times. "Off" (misleadingly) means that info is available only if sourced (i.e. certain sites will provide one of the graphs, otherwise Acashic Record will reveal all to that point in the time for the targeted nation). "No info on other nations" means that no score graphs will be revealed at all during game play (I believe they are provided at game end though).
