My server's considering limiting Giganotosaurus taming, mostly because my tribe and our allied tribe have so many of them that no one tries to raid us, experienced tribes don't want to join, and we'd feel like assholes if we stomped over some of the noobs. I'm curious about how other servers deal with it, if to ban them outright (easy to do) or limit the taming and breeding so people may only keep 3/4/5 (harder to monitor for admins, but doesn't remove a game feature entirely). Our server bans offline raiding already, by the way.
