This is simply a poll to collect Nautilus user data to determine what is the best direction for the cloning of the window or tab functionality when creating a window or tab respectively. As of now Nautilus clones the current window and tab when creating new ones but doesn't clone the recent history. Please note that there are ways to disable recent history from being recorded if one is concerned about privacy.
