I have two choices. Choice 1 I choose concealment upgrade. This will give me a 5.78km detect range. Choice 2 I pick Target Acquisition System. This will give me a 6.46km detect range. It will also give me +50% to the range of assured acquisition of enemy ships, +20% spotting range, and +20% to the acquisition range of torpedoes.
