Hi all; wanted to make quick poll here to quantize the community's view on the near-constant "new vs. rework" discussion. The topic of "what the developers should spend time on", with respect to characters, is usually hotly debated; some call for older / original characters to be reworked, others want new characters. The reasons behind these opinions vary; if older toons are never reworked, the time/resources spent on these "obsolete" characters is wasted. If new toons are never introduced, the game can become stale, even if the meta shifts due to reworks. Currently, CG has done both; introducing new characters over the past several months (R1 LS & DS, new Sith, cast from Rebels), as well as reworks (Kylo, Sith, Finn, etc.). Where would you like the focus to be, in the next three (3) months, for the developers? -=-=- Personally, I think CG has done a pretty good job of this; plenty of new characters to keep people interested and take on new approaches to Arena/GW/Raids, and fix / bring older characters back into the fold. It's hard to keep everyone happy, and I believe this poll will show that split.
