The reason I'm asking for only former Trump Voters to vote in this poll is that Andrew has been shown to poll in the double digits (10%) with former Trump voters (1) and I am trying to gauge how his new policy will affect these numbers. As such, please only respond if you voted (or would have voted if you were unable to) for Trump in the last election. Also, if this is a make or break issue for you, can you please comment below as to what compromises in the new policy could be made to change your mind? Polls from 2018 show 43% of Republicans agree with banning assault weapons, and 53% agree with banning high-capacity magazine ammunition (2). What these polls don't cover, however, is whether these two issues determine how someone votes, so I am hopeful I can get some insight on that from your responses. 1.
