Tenant 1: Ready to commit for 1 year. A retired couple. Will probably move out of state after 1 year to be closer to their grand-daughter. Difficult wife 0
Tenant 2: Ready to commit for 1 year. A couple around 40s. They seemed fine, but they are desperate to move, which makes me nervous. 1
Tenant 3: Potentially to commit for 2 years. But have to wait till Friday to hear back. 0
