So hard question… is Brady innocent (that is, either the footballs were never intentionally deflated or Brady was 100% ignorant of any intentional deflating that did occur) or is he guilty (that is, he knew about the deflating of the footballs)? I intentionally didn't list "guilty but it doesn't matter…" as an option because that seems a secondary question once we've established guilt.
