Jumped Out Elbow is one of the fastest guard breaks in the game, it comes with a jump avoid preventing it from being hit low. It has some of the best range out of any guardbreak. Like most guard breaks it's also a vertical. In addition, it has great combo potential because of it's low knockback, allowing even quick low range moves like BTK to combo with it. JOE sees the most usage in the game, and as other guard breaks slowly join it's speed tier, eventually, JOE will see a nerf. Which one would you choose?
