This poll is pretty straight forward, should The Federation have a Galactic Consortium? A trading giant that regulates commerce, catalogs farms through portals and encourges new civilizations to join The Federation. I am highly postive that this consortium will unite all the civilizations even more and will greatly benefit The Federation.
