I'm curious how many people in the Clojure community have a job that allows them to contribute to open source. So here's a small poll for all of ya.
My goal is to see the potential reach for contributors. My work for example doesn't let me contribute to all projects, mostly, I can't contribute to anything that requires me to sign a CA. So all contributions to contrib libraries or Clojure itself is off limit.
And as contrib libs seem to stale, I wonder how much of it is due to this situation. If a lot of people hold back contributions due to work related blockers, I wonder if relicensing the contrib libs out and into say MIT without CA, or just EPL without CA (though EPL is also a grey zone for me with my work) would be a good idea.
P.S.: All except the last choice assumes you can't contribute to projects that compete with your work's products.
