Sometimes I see people mention a name they have given their CPAP. I'm wondering if it's most often a woman's name.
I've seen an interview with Dr. Sullivan where he relates a story of a different patient who was so happy with his CPAP machine, that he had covered it in pink lace and had named it Lulu.

*Some of the patients become very attached to their machines. [...] One of my patients, who was a very large ex-serviceman, a Vietnam vet, had terrible sleep apnea and we put him on to the machine. He did very well, but he came back to show me his machine, he had covered it in pink lace and called it Lulu. [...] It certainly kept him breathing.*
