The extra bandages and medkits that you have are no longer in the "carrying" box with all your other extra items. They are now just placed with the medkit and bandage icons rather than in your "carrying" items box with the extra bullets, helmets, grenades, ect. It does not make sense to me to remove those items when the same concept could have been applied to the bullets or grenades. Plus when you are trying to do some loot management you now have two places to drag and drop items from rather than having to just focus on the one box that shows you what duplicate items you have.
