Yesterday morning, around 8 am, I am starting my normal fitness ride on a two lane road in a quiet residential area. The speed limit on the road is 40 mph. About quarter mile ahead of me I see a large, older model, white american sedan coming my way. Coming up fast behind it is a large, older model, black american sedan. I watch the black car tailgate the car for a bit. Just when the white car is about to pass me, the black car decides to cross the double yellow lines (illegal where I live) and pass the white car essentially coming into my lane. I noticed that the driver of the black car is a younger white woman (not a kid) that had looked like white trash (I'm from Florida I know WT when I see it) and she has her window rolled down. I could have reached out and touched her face without moving closer to her. For a minute I thought about expelling the contents of my mouth in her face. I took the high road and did nothing. What should I have done?
