This poll regards a possible feature implementation: **Character Dialogue Portraits**.
Character Portraits was brought up due to some player's difficulties to tell who was speaking. We will discuss briefly what these portraits will do for the player.

The current dialogue setup uses no portraits, which makes it difficult to determine which character is talking, but it allows more dialogue to appear in the box at any point in time. Using portraits will decrease the amount of text and will result in pressing the spacebar more often (more lines to go through).
For now, portraits will use the character sprites (the player character is different due to the fact that the player has eyes). Depending on the future implementation, these portraits may be specific art drawn for each character.
Option 2: If the portraits are not wanted, but some way to differentiate characters is wanted, another option is to colour the names of characters in the dialogue boxes.

For this, we may use the colours to tell characters apart whether their important or not, or friendly or not. In the game, some dialogue will be tests and if you fail the test, you lose the game and your save. We may use this colouring effect to illustrate characters that initiate these tests.
We can also allow (to be polled at a later date) the player to select their own colour, or their name colour will match the colour of their sin.
Option 3: We have no preview available, but we are able to combine the two effects, adding portraits and colouring names.
Option 4: You can also vote for no changes.
Please feel free to leave your opinions in the comments as well and any other suggestions you think might be helpful.
**Early implementation will be done February 7th with The Keter River update. You can continue to vote until March 7th.**
