As part of my Consumer Health Decisions class, I have to do a research paper on a topic of my choice. I chose if college students, since that is my research population, are drinking their daily water intake every day. If you don't know yours, then do this equation [Your weight * 2/3 = the ounces of water you should be drinking every day].
