Getting to an accurate diagnosis ("What skin type do I have?", "Is this hormonal or fungal acne?", "Are these pustules or papules?") 0
Difficulty to access esthetician and/or dermatologist (e.g., cost given lack of insurance, long wait until next derm availability, etc.) 0
Even with an accurate diagnosis, uncertainty on which ingredient/product/treatment options are the best among all the choice out there 0
