Today's Description of League Amendments: 1. All amendments in the league's Constitution will be voted on by the entire league. 2. Any amendments passed will not take effect until the next season 3. 14 of 20 owners must be in agreeance to change a rule Proposed Change: 1. All amendments to the league's Constitution will be subject to vote in a 4 day polling period. 2. Amendments will require a majority agreement at the end of the 4 day polling period with a minimum of 12 votes. 3. Any amendments passed will not take effect until the next season
